Desk in the apartment
The way we work has changed radically in recent years. Thanks to technological advances and digitalization, more and more of us can do our work sitting in front of a computer, at our desks. After the 2020 pandemic, this desk has become part of our living space. We are partly happy about this, because now we can sit at our own desk and do what we want with it.
The key to efficiency
1. Inspiring environment
The environment has a direct impact on our efficiency at work. This is not a new phenomenon, Harvard University has already published several studies on this topic. These studies have found that in an environment where we generally feel good and enjoy being, even when it comes to work, our tendency to be creative, motivation and perseverance increase significantly.
2. Maximum focus
Let's go back. When are we not productive? When we can't concentrate on our work, or when something constantly prevents us from working. For example, a cluttered desk, missing notes, a noisy environment, poor quality equipment, a slow laptop, and so on.

Even if everything around us is perfect, there is still one area that we can never focus enough on. Ourself. More precisely, our own personal development. Fortunately, there are plenty of books, advice, morning routines, or role models that we can follow to improve ourselves.
