Withdrawal statement
At Artimo, our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and convenience. This applies not only to ordering and delivery, but we also feel it is important to make canceling your purchase as smooth as possible. That is why we have created the online cancellation form below, which you can fill out to make your cancellation request easier and more convenient.
Steps for withdrawing from a purchase and important information:
- You have 30 days to return your order after receiving it. If you don't remember this date, it's worth checking the notification emails you received from the courier service.
- Please fill out our form here. You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation, but it is important that you fill in the required fields!
- After filling out the form, click the “Send” button, after which you will automatically receive an email with our return address, we ask you to address the package as described to ensure that we receive it! You have 14 days from the date of filling out the form to return the product. It is important that the cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
- If we have received the package and it contains the full contents of your original order, we will initiate a full refund. If we have received a partial return of the order, we will initiate a partial refund accordingly.
- Refunds are initiated through Stripe for credit card purchases, which usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive in your account.
If you paid by cash on delivery, please indicate this on the form and in this case please send us your bank account number where we can transfer the amount. Bank transfers usually take 1-2 business days.
