Withdrawal & Return
At Artimo, our goal is to provide you with the highest level of service and convenience. This is not only true for ordering and delivery, but we also feel it is important to make the withdrawal process as smooth as possible.
That’s why we’ve created the online withdrawal request form below, which you can fill in to make it easier and simpler for you to withdraw.
Steps to withdraw from the purchase and important information:
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a customer satisfaction claim. If you don’t remember this date, you should check the notification emails you receive from your courier service.
- Please fill in our form here. You do not need to give a reason for withdrawal, but it is important that you fill in the sections marked with “*”.
- After filling out the form, click on the “Send” button, after which you will automatically receive an email with our return address. Please address the package as described to make sure we receive it! You have 14 days from the date of filling in the form to return it. Important: The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer.
- If we receive your package and it contains the full contents of your original order, we will initiate a full refund. If we received a partial refund, we will initiate a partial refund accordingly.
- Refunds are initiated from Stripe for credit card purchases, which usually takes 5-10 working days to arrive in your account.
If you have paid by cash on delivery, please indicate this on the form and in this case please send us your bank account number to which we can transfer the amount. Bank transfers usually take 1-2 working days.
